In 2019, Trinity College Dublin engaged M.CO to develop and design its new strategic plan for the period 2020-2025.
Working directly with the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer of Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and a range of internal stakeholders, M.CO were responsible for facilitating the development of the TCD Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025 as well as the development of a visual identity for the strategy.
This visual identity reflected the theme ‘Community and Connection’ and was used early to engage stakeholders and support the strategy development process, bringing the strategy to life from the outset.
Showcasing a ‘Connected Trinity College Dublin’, the design concept was then applied across the Strategic Plan, which was designed both for online and print publication. It was additionally applied to a video produced by M.CO which promoted the Plan to the wider public, and across the strategy microsite which was designed by M.CO and integrated into the Trinity website.
The involvement of M.CO’s design team during the content development process enabled the transfer of key design elements from the consultation phase into the final strategic plan, a document that resonates with the wide range of stakeholders who contributed to its development.
The resulting outputs clearly presented Trinity’s core goals, exciting readers about the future of Trinity College Dublin, supported through a unified voice across digital media.
