Mark Swords, contemporary Irish painter, recently finished a body of work culminating in a solo exhibition at Kevin Kavanagh Gallery. Mark aimed to utilise the book to document this creative journey and provide insight into his artistic method, creative process, and conceptualisation.

We aimed to create a clear separation between the written essays, "Notebook" section, and artworks to maintain their individual identity. The goal is to create a book with a transient feel, resembling a personal notebook rather than a typical display item.
