Tinode Farmyard & Garden offers courtyard accommodation and event spaces in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. The challenge was to create a cohesive umbrella brand for this multi-use location. While the area is already renowned for June Blake’s Garden, the goal was to effectively communicate Tinode's additional offerings, enhancing the value of this family-run enterprise. It was crucial to celebrate the area's rich history, architectural charm, and the surrounding natural beauty, distinguishing it as a unique and worthwhile destination for visitors.

To create the visual identity the idea was to graphically translate the unique window arrangement of a historic building on-site, providing the opportunity for dynamic, playful animations that convey the concept. This graphic is distilled down to a circle and a line which is used as the 'o' within the Tinode wordmark. This 'o' device can then sit on it’s own, as a simple yet recognisable brand mark. A brand illustration was also developed, all of these elements come together to ensure flexible and adaptable evolving brand system.

The colour palette draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape, especially the warm red-orange hues of poppies often seen in June Blake’s Garden. To give each space at Tinode its own identity, a series of custom illustrations was created. Materials like wood and recycled paper were chosen to celebrate nature’s organic beauty and emphasise environmental consciousness, reflecting the brand’s sustainability values.
