The Salvage Press [2014]

A pair of press marks for one of Ireland’s leading fine press printers, intended to be used exclusively in small sizes and printed exclusively by letterpress. For inspiration, the client showed us pages of Jan van Krimpen’s monograms. A choice of plain and inline versions helps the Press design title and colophon pages in harmony with the varying moods and formats of their titles. The step-and-repeat pattern provides options for gift wrap and endpapers.
