Starcircle seek out talent that ordinary algorithmic type talent search engines miss. The hidden stars of the recruitment world. Their job is to unlock talent clusters in sometimes overlooked parts of the world. We created a visual ID that reflects this, the star is obvious and easy to see, but there are other talented shapes out there to be found. Starting in the logo where we hid a bunch of shapes that eventually get expanded out decoratively across the full ID.
