Sisterly have developed premium science-led supplements designed to specifically target and support female health. An innovative business model taps into new customer expectations, and combines a direct to consumer ecommerce model, with a multi-option subscription platform.
We collaborated with the team to translate the business model into a cohesive user journey. Clarity, choice and control underpinned this journey, working to inform and empower the end-user. We identified pre-launch trust indicators, and mapped these to key stages of the buying journey, ultimately supporting the conversion of subscription sales.
