RTB

The RTB is an independent public body. As the regulator for the rental sector the organisation navigates a complex space between landlords and tenants, serving both impartially. 

We updated the RTB identity to give it a clearer more distinct voice. The tone is friendly, informed and approachable, and accessible to all. The identity centres on a modular illustration system where details, scene elements and backgrounds are stored as typeface weights. Pattern elements, an isometric version of the images and a framing device for showing photography are also made using custom typefaces. The RTB’s colour palette was updated to meet modern accessibility standards, both in print and on screen.
