Post-Work is a print only magazine. It is a collection of thoughts, images, interviews, conversations and ideas on how our lives have been affected by a global pandemic. The aim of the magazine is to capture an intimate portrait of this uncertain time, so that we may have something permanent and tactile to refer back to in the future. Something which will hopefully remind us that the end of somethings are the beginnings of others and that our capacity to deal with great challenges is part of what makes us human.
The magazine was self initiated during lockdown - a time when a lot of us saw work dry up. Over many zoom chats and long phone calls the insights, perspectives and creative responses to Covid were gathered and assembled in this print only publication, with a view to doing a follow up issue in May 2021.
With a huge amount of help and support from people around the country the first issue came together in April and went to print the first week of May.
The people who made it happen were:
The lads at Push Print Dublin, Rossa McPhillips, Emer Donnelly, Max Sanderson, Sorcha O'Higgins, Shane Cluskey, Emmet Scanlon, Kyle Cheldon Barnett, Swan Davis, Geraldine Carton, Neil J.
