A complete rebrand for Personal Group, leaders in Employee Services for over 30 years. Their personal approach to tailoring their benefits to individuals based on face-to-face advice (hence their name) has been the secret to their success.
The visual identity builds on the new brand strategy ‘Work Happy’ with smiling face brandmark and a positive yellow colour palette.
The iconography features heavily within Personal Group’s new engagement app, Hapi®, which is used by their clients to deliver a tailored suite of benefits to their employees. There are options in the future for the app to be delivered in the colourways of their clients colours. In respect of this, it was important to carry some of Personal group’s personality through the iconography which retains a smile throughout.
We also developed a suite of brand imagery in which faces can be found in mundane, everyday objects.
The Brandworld allows Personal Group to create a suite of coherent communications without continually badging them with just a logo, through the use of photography, iconography, a bold colour palette and witty copywriting.
