The brand is all about a sense of place and 'The Keepers of the Fire' (Nicky and Martin McLoughlin). The family-owned business prides itself on keeping this age-old tradition of open-fire smoking alive. The commissioned Illustration created by Kevin McSherry includes the famous West Pier Lighthouse landmark and salmon product grouped together and taking centre stage.
