Netherland

Netherland is the name we came up with for a new Irish waxing salon originated in Leixlip with major expansion plans around Dublin’s suburbs.

Founded by Rebecca Taplin, former director of Urban Wax, Rebecca wanted this new salon brand to engage with consumers on a more emotive level than what was currently available and to bring some fun to the serious business of waxing. Coming from the name, we took inspiration from the language and typography of fifties style flight advertisements with a tongue in cheek approach, creating maps, diagrams and illustrations in a distinctive visual style throughout all promotional pieces which explain the process of waxing in a charming and approachable way.
