Our sustainability work with clients from every industry and geography, reveals a common trend: the gap between the intentions to implement sustainability in workplaces and the actions necessary to see them through. This is true at every level of an organization, from individuals in the boardrooms to the widest reaches of the workforce.

To close the gap between intention and action, we identified four different types of sustainability mindsets you may find within your workforce. Knowing the attitudes of such cohorts toward sustainability in the workplace allows for initiatives to be communicated, implemented and driven in a more targeted way. A physical game lets visitors explore their own mindset and the suggested approaches from a playful, light-hearted perspective.​
