Irish Pensions & Finance is a well-established financial advisory firm providing pensions a range of financial services to public sector employees. With over 28,000 clients, they have an excellent reputation for providing deep expertise and friendly support. The brand and website were corporate and didn’t reflect their human empathic approach.
We produced a digital growth model and brand strategy that informed an identity that reflected an approachable, human-centred ethos. A monogram logo reinforces the firm’s people-first philosophy while core brand messaging, illustration and imagery introduced a lighter, engaging tone — connecting products and services to clients at various life stages. A new suite of photography further elevated the brand, bringing a human face to communications.
The brand came to life through its primary application—the website. Our goal was to create an online destination that serves the client’s diverse audiences through clear navigation, useful information, and a bright, accessible design tailored to individual needs. The site offers multiple ways to connect advisors with their clients, while client and business testimonials, along with sector-specific service pages and content, further reinforce IPF’s expertise and credibility.
