Impetus

Impetus is an Irish business advisory firm which accelerates impact on business through the vast experience, expertise and dynamism of its business leaders.

We were asked to create the name and brand identity in time for their official launch where all of their team members and prospective clients would be gathered together. This simple, easy to understand identity is designed to communicate forward momentum and acceleration – the impact of a positive force of change.

Starting with the I of Impetus, we built out a symbol which captures the impact of one element on another in a ripple or dynamo effect. The symbol is combined with a playful sans serif, contemporary typeface and the line Business Accelerated. This simple graphic language extends throughout the brand’s key process pillars of Grow. Lead. Run. creating impact and recognition.

The project involved design of all touchpoints from website to presentations and promotional material.
