Grandson brand refresh

Overview:

After 8 years in business, we decided that our studio needed a new look.

Exploring the concept of having a central mascot or figure to represent 'grandson' – we designed a character to carry the message and narrative of our studio and what it is we do.

"Meaningful design begins with a conversation."

Not wanting to move to far away from the soul of our previous brand identity, we retained the warm yellow and paired it with a robust logotype with humanist quirks and character. This was combined with our 'grandson mascot' to tell the story and be the official voice of the studio.

Brand Application:

Rolled out across a full website re-design, we also applied the brand to a wide range of in-house operational items, wearable pieces and promotional freebies for friends, family and close clients.
