We worked alongside Fitzwilliam Real Estate on a number of projects to promote their upcoming investment opportunities. With over 80 years combined experience in Property Investment, Management and Development, Fitzwilliam Real Estate is one of Ireland’s leading Private Real Estate companies.
This project began with a refresh of Fitzwilliam’s logo. We designed a refreshed logo to reflect their progressive approach to property investment. This included creating a more refined and elegant logo that still captured the essence and history of the brand. The result was a sophisticated logo type that is flexible and can be adapted to suit different applications.
We also created a sleek and modern online brochure to showcase their upcoming property development to prospective investors. This brochure was designed for both print and digital. Digital design was an important consideration as the target audience is tech savvy and we knew they would be largely accessing the brochure online. It was important that the brochure design reflected luxury, as its primary function was to attract large investments for the development. This was achieved through utilising white space, infographics and striking imagery.
Alongside the brochure, we created a new user friendly CMS based website. The website was targeted at high-end property investors to give them an insight into Fitzwilliam as a company and their upcoming investments. Responsive design was imperative, as the target audience would be accessing through a variety of devices. An important feature in this website was developing a secure login portal for investors. This website was completed in collaboration with architectural visualisers, web developers, videographers and a communications specialist.
