In celebrating 25 years of creativity and innovation, Ebow – a global, award-winning digital agency – embarked on a bold brand refresh.

The challenge? Honouring its legacy while positioning for future growth. The solution? A fresh brand manifesto, a dynamic new identity, digital marketing rollout and website enhancements – blending creativity with professionalism.

The strategy focused on striking a balance: embracing Ebow’s Y2K origins while reflecting its evolution into a trusted, global agency. Every design choice reinforced this duality, from the playful yet polished, to the bold yet professional.

Key design elements:

– A fresh colour palette – mixing unexpected, vibrant hues with professional tones for a dynamic yet credible aesthetic.

Modern, geometric shapes and lines – infusing energy and movement, symbolising Ebow’s forward-thinking nature.

Clean, impactful typography – ensuring readability while exuding clarity and confidence.

Striking, playful iconography – retaining the brand’s approachable personality while adding depth and dimension.

A crafted tone of voice – punchy, full of character, yet professional and precise.

The impact:

Talent and leadership alignment – the refreshed brand has attracted top talent and secured leadership buy-in, reinforcing Ebow’s vision.

New business and market expansion – the revitalised identity played a pivotal role in winning major new accounts and securing a 51% share sale to a UK investor – unlocking investment for scaling into UK, US, and EU markets.

Stronger team unity – the refresh has reinvigorated the internal team, boosting morale and reinforcing Ebow’s creative culture.

By blending nostalgia with innovation, the Ebow brand refresh isn’t just a redesign – it’s a bold statement of intent, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of the digital industry for years to come.
