Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council – Graduate Engineer Recruitment Campaign

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (DLR Co Co) approached Ebow to develop a digital marketing campaign to grow awareness of the career opportunities for young engineers in their county council as well as applications for jobs. The message being that in DLR Co Co young engineers can build both a meaningful future for themselves as for the communities they serve. 

Energised by the incredible and diverse work overseen by DLR Co Co’s engineering teams, Ebow set about constructing a story that would resonate with the target audience; a story of environmental protection and renewable energy; of town planning and community building; a story of democracy in action; a better future for all.

A distinctive and unique visual identity put the graduate at the heart of the campaign. The analytical mindset of the engineer was represented through patterns of geometric shapes, and using photomontage, we featured some of DLR’s flagship engineering projects.
