Council: Issue 2

Council is a magazine which focuses on Irish subculture and politics. It was created to fill a gap in reporting that mainstream media in Ireland neglects, with more raw stories from the underbelly of Ireland’s subcultural, political and creative underground scenes.

The design of the magazine elevates the personalities of the individual articles and submitted artworks from various artists, photographers, musicians and journalists across Ireland.
