Changing Times Brewery is a new addition to Dublin's brewing scene, founded by 12 of the city's finest publicans. They aimed to create a brand that stood out by offering something different from the usual beers. Using only the finest local ingredients and guided by master brewer Shane Long, they crafted beers that blend tradition with innovation.

The name "Changing Times" represents both the arrival of a new brewery in Dublin and a transformation in the brewing landscape. The central theme of time is woven into the product names, with each beer representing a different moment or experience. The clock motif ties into this concept, symbolising how time shapes the brewing process and the enjoyment of each beer. From the patience of a well-brewed stout to the instant pleasure of a refreshing lager, the brand invites people to savour every moment.
