Carambola Brand

Carambola, a leading provider of healthy school meals in Ireland, sought to stand out as the provider of choice for schools across the country. We rebranded the company, launched a new website, and activated the brand across marketing materials, signage, and events to position the organisation as a trusted leader in the sector.

Carambola's challenge was to create a brand that effectively communicated with a diverse audience, including young students, older students, parents, and school administrators while maintaining a fun, accessible, and professional tone. We tailored communication strategies for each group, using playful illustrations for younger students and food-focused photography for older students, while ensuring professional messaging for parents and school staff.

The rebrand featured a new logo that paired a bold typeface with carambola fruit stars, reflecting a friendly, informal tone. We developed custom illustrations to showcase fresh ingredients and applied the brand to a user-friendly website with menu displays, allergen information, and a portal for parents and schools. Full brand activation followed, with consistent messaging across social media, events, and marketing materials, strengthening Carambola's connection with school communities and boosting brand recognition.
