Bounce is a new design conference aimed at providing a space for creative professionals to exchange ideas, share knowledge and learn from each other. The ethos of Bounce is based on an appreciation of the process of design and creativity, and the value of coming together to create new connections.
The identity for Bounce is based on the pinball machine, a visual metaphor for how our brains light up when we ping ideas amongst other creative people. This quick fire movement, the bright lights and playful energy, capture the dynamism, interconnectedness and creative spirit of the conference. The wordmark sits vertically in the bottom right corner of communications, mirroring the spring action mechanism of a pinball machine and has a dynamic ball encouraging you to play again and again. Creative copy and animations emphasising this theme further brought this identity to life.
