Bounce is the # 1 global luggage storage network that’s everywhere you are, with 15,000+ locations in 4,000+ cities worldwide. Whether you’re sightseeing, catching a flight, or just need a break from your bags, Bounce makes your journey lighter wherever you go.

As Bounce continues its exponential growth, the company recognised the need for an evolved identity that would propel its vision forward: creating a world where people can explore freely without the weight of their stuff.

To support this vision, an extensive brand strategy, brand guidelines, and a content design system were developed to unify and enhance the Bounce experience at every touchpoint. A new signage system was developed and deployed for partners across the globe, and the app and website evolved to balance innovation with functionality.

As part of the rebrand, the custom typeface Bounce Sans was created to reflect the brand’s lively, approachable, and dynamic nature. This was paired with a versatile colour palette - a refreshed primary blue leading in key touchpoints, with Cranberry, Orange, Warm Yellow, and Zest to bring warmth and energy. To bridge Bounce’s digital and physical presence, a modular graphic language was developed that integrated UI-style elements with photo compositions, connecting the app experience with real-world customer interactions.

The new identity, implemented across multiple platforms and several languages, reflects Bounce’s light, friendly, knowledgeable personality throughout.
