An Eye on Ireland maps four four decades of transformative society in Ireland through the collected writing of journalist Justine McCarthy. Rather than attempt to represent the challenges Ireland has faced, from the Troubles and the domination of the Church to the major reforming referenda of the countries recent past, the approach here was to infer the changing social landscape of Ireland and the storms weathered over the recent decades.

The simple, two colour illustration is elevated with the with the addition of gold foil detailing.
